It happens…we’ve all had a time when we find ourselves in a situation that takes our stress levels, puts them in the washing machine and hits the spin cycle! No washing, no agitating, not even a soak - just straight into spin!
When I talk with someone about Earth Magick, most often they look at me as if I am describing some ancient knowledge that takes years to understand. And there is truth to that, the earth is old and the wisdom, energy and power that resonates within is deep in ancient knowledge that takes time and practice to begin to understand. But what you need to also remember is that the earths energy is here for us all and using it to heal you at any time is as simple as walking the dog in the park!
February is coming to an end and Spring is just around the corner! It may not feel that way for everyone depending on where you are, but believe me - it’s coming! And with Spring comes new awakenings, ones within nature and ones within ourselves. But that is a topic for another newsletter, for now we are still in winter’s gentle hands and she has messages just as beautiful as the Spring does.
When in doubt - turn to nature!
Most everyone I meet in the metaphysical world always speak of ‘their gift’. Personally I have always struggled with this concept of what a ‘gift’ is. Now don’t get me wrong, I am not doubting or discrediting them and until recently I had personally struggled with even identifying if I had an actual gift. I have been told by others I have a gift, but for me I needed something I could say oh yeah - wow! That is a gift I have!
Welcome to the lovely month of March, I hope this month is finding you healthy and discovering those precious moments of peace that we are all so deserving of. I don’t know what part of the world you are reading this, but where I am it has been a cold winter. I have been spending a lot of time wrapped in warm blankets, drinking copious amounts of tea and getting lost in my own thoughts…and of course those the animals share as well!
Talking to animals, it's what I do! I see all living things as teachers, whether it is a dog I am speaking to for a client, a bird I see out the window, a squirrel in a tree or a small little toad on the corner!
Hello again my beautiful nature friends! I imagine at this point you have wondered when the next newsletter was coming, what happened to this newsletter and did I give up on it…? I can 100% with total confidence tell you that I did not give up on this journey of mine! So….what happened you are asking? Without filling this page with gruesome details that have nothing to do with what this newsletter is about - I will tell you that in November I became very sick (not Covid), had to undergo 2 emergency surgeries and then spent 2 months on a beautiful healing journey. And just like my first newsletter, I had to once again have a chat with that dancing little mischievous essence also known as procrastination. Ay yi yi….what a chat we had!
